Simon received his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Oxford in 2012.
Simon is currently an Assistant Professor of Teaching at the University of British Columbia. His research interests include diversity, belongingness and intergroup contact. He is also interested in how these factors relate to success at the university, prejudice, in-group identity, educational leadership and more.
