Shen received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Shen is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. Her research interests include examining how attitude and behaviour are influenced by social-cultural factors. She also examines the implicit processing of social information.
