Alyssa Croft, Ph.D.


Alyssa is an Assistant professor at the University of Arizona.

Alyssa earned her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from UBC in 2016, her M.A. from UBC in Social Psychology in 2011, and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2008.

Alyssa’s research examines topics relating to social roles, identity and group membership. She is particularly interested in questions of how, when and why people are constrained by invisible psychological barriers such as societal expectations.
